Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellation made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Thereafter we have a strict cancellation policy, so please be sure that you are able to make the dates that you want to reserve, as all monies paid, other than the security deposit, will be forfeited, unless we can re-rent the house at the same rate for the same period.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is generally after 12 noon, but we can be flexible depending on the time you arrive on the island. We leave 2 days between guest departures and new arrivals to make sure the house is ready. Checkout is 11 a.m. A later check-out time may be possible by prior arrangement.
price
$4,775 per night in the low season, $5,775 in the shoulder season, $9,775 in the high season, and $19,975, in the ultra-high season, all inclusive of all taxes and fees.
Trip length
The minimum stay is four nights. There is no maximum stay, although the house is generally not available to rent for more than ten weeks per year.
