Cooking
There is a kitchen area with microwave, electric oven and stovetop, dishwasher, blender, nespresso machine. N.B., this is a 10-year old island kitchen, not a chef’s kitchen!
There are no chefs on staff; here is a selection of local chefs recommended by some of our guests. Please feel free to contact them directly:
There are two outdoor BBQs (a Kamado Joe Classic III, which is not simple to use, so be sure to watch YouTube videos on how to make the most of it!) and a gas-fired one.
If you let us know in advance, we’ll make sure the charcoal is stocked (we don’t keep much, due to the humidity).
